1. System Completion Lead
a. Min. technical diploma or equivalent.
b. 15+ years experience in any or a combination of the following work:
- Onshore pre commissioning of oil & gas production, or compression & dehydration platforms
- Offshore hookup & commissioning of oil and gas production, or compression and/or dehydration platforms
- Onshore commissioning of petrochemical plants or gas processing plant or crude oil terminals
c. Must have been in a lead position for at least 2 projects which shall include any two of the following systems:
- Gas compression and/or dehydration system
- Water injection system
- Power generation & Distribution system
- Process Control System (PLC/DCS)
- Oil & gas production system
- Utilities system such as instrument & service air system, potable water system, diesel fuel system, open & closed drain system, fuel gas system, seal gas system

2. Commissioning Specialist
- Electrical
- Instrument and controls
- Mechanical/piping
- Rotating Equipment
- Telecom
- HVAC
a. Min. technical diploma
b. 15+ years experience in any or a combination of the following works:
- Onshore pre commissioning of oil & gas production, or compression & dehydration platforms
- Offshore hookup & commissioning of oil and gas production, or compression and/or dehydration platforms
- Onshore commissioning of petrochemical plants or gas processing plant or crude oil terminals

3. Systems Completion Scheduler/Planner
a. Min. technical diploma
b. 10+ years experience in planning, scheduling & reporting of oil and gas project including 3 years experience in scheduling onshore pre-commissioning or offshore commissioning activities.
c. Familiar with standard scheduling software program, CPM network, developing S-Curve Schedule, bar chart and manpower histogram

4. Systems Completion Database Administrator
a. Min. technical diploma
b. 5+ years experience in data entry and reporting of oil and gas project environment especially in pre-commissioning and commissioning progress status
c. Familiar with standard database software programs, developing static check sheets and records, completion certificates.

5. Operation and Maintenance Procedure Writer
a. Min. trade/technical certificate from polytechnic or equivalent
b. Min. 5 years in relevant industry O & M work procedure, training and competency assurance program
c. Knowledge of software: word, excel, PowerPoint and visio or equal.
