Maaf pak Danar, saya barusan nyari-nyari file lama kiriman almarhum Pak Budhi tentang sertifikasi PTK-007 ini.
Menurut beliau : " Karena hanya karyawan tetap KKKS yang menjadi panitia lelang saja yang boleh
mengikuti ujian sertifikasi PTK-007 ", ini jawaban beliau tgl 27 July 2010 saat karyawan SKF menanyakan tentang sertifikasi PTK-007

Mengenai TKDN ternyata memang berbeda dg PTK-007, yang berwenang mengeluarkan sertifikat tsb ( TKDN ) bukan BP Migas namun Dept. Perindustrian berdasarkan penjelasan dari Pak Kuswo. Kalau PTK 007 adalah untuk pengadaan barang dan jasa di KKKS. Berikut saya attachkan e-mail dari Pak Kuswo ( maaf pak Kuswo, pinjam imelnya agar lebih jelas ).

Satu2nya lembaga yg ditunjuk oleh BP Migas yg berhak mengeluarkan Sertifikasi resmi PTK 007 adalah PT. Patra Widya. Bukan Sucofindo atau Surveyor mas.
Ini tentang sertifikasi authorized personnel/certified PTK007 ya dan bukan sertifikasi TKDN. Ini 2 hal yg berbeda lho

Masalahnya kalau serifikasi itu hanya bisa dilakukan oleh lembaga yang ditunjuk pemerintah untuk mensertifikasi TKDN, seperti Surveyor Indonesia dan Sucofindo. Jadi kalau kita tidak bekerja di lembaga tsb kita tak bisa mendapat sertifikasi, CMIIW. Karena itulah KMI hanya bisa menyediakan workshopnya saja.

Kalo sekedar workhsop sepertinya tanggung mas, kenapa tidak ujian sertifikasi sekalian? Toh ujian sertifikasi waktunya hanya 4 jam saja kok.

Tahun ini KMI Batam bersama KMI Pusat bekerjasama dg BP Migas berencana mengadakan workshop PTK-007 Rev.II
Acara rencananya akan dilaksanakan di bulan November 2011, namun dg syarat munimum kuota pesertanya terpenuhi.
Pelaksanaan workshop selama 3 hari bertempat di salah satu Hotel di Batam ( akan dikonfirmasikan setelah adanya kepastian tanggal pelaksanaan dan jumlah peserta )
