PMI Indonesia Chapter in collaboration with KMI shall conduct half day seminar with Topic Project Management Office (PMO).

Items to be discussed in seminar:

What are the success criteria for implementing a start up PMO?

How do we measure the performance of a maturing PMO in our organization?

Can we leverage the project management excellence through an effective PMO?

If you are seeking answers to the PMO-related cases, don't miss the

upcoming 26th Open Membership Meeting (OMM), on the topic "Start up and Maturing PMO"
