[Oil&Gas] Vacancy for Procurement System Specialist (IT Fresh Graduate) and Senior Secretary

To fulfill the requirements in the recently awarded Projects, the Jakarta Engineering Office seeks talented and experienced Indonesian nationals to fill the following positions

 

PROCUREMENT SYSTEM SPECIALIST

 

Requirement:

·        Graduated from Reputable University (S1) majoring in Information Technology

·        GPA Min. 3.00

·        Fluent spoken and written English

·        Familiar with :

a.       Microsoft SQL Server Reporting System (SSRS)

b.      Crystal Reports

c.       Visual Basic

d.      SharePoint

 

 

Senior Secretary (1 Years Contract Bases)

Requirement:

 

• Female
• Graduated from Reputable University (D3 or S1) 
• Minimum 3 years experience as Secretary or Personal Asisstant
• Computer literacy: Ms. Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English, both oral and written
• Good appearance & pleasant personality
• Well Organized
