Apakah term "Recruitement" bisa digantikan dengan "Hijack" ?

Tentunya bisnis sejenis di Indonesia sudah punya "Hijack Prevention System", salah satunya kalau kerja di Indonesia ada THR, tetapi kalau kerja di LN kagak pernah ada THR.....nah itu point kompetitive-nya.

 

Point lain lagi.....apa ya ?
