Itu udah saya tulis, USD 5.000 + USD 2.000 adalah rata-rata pemain pemula di Middle East.

Persoalannya adalah jika man specification/standard yang dicari cukup terjangkau oleh kapabilitas kawan-kawan Pinoy dan Bangla atau UK (United Kerala), maka kita cukup berat bersaing harga, karena mereka yang penting ada duit buat beli pisang atau Qobus dan jalan-jalan cuci mata di Mall setiap hari Jum'at, jelas.....harga akan dibanting.

 

Sertifikat QC boleh sama misalnya hanya diperlukan sama-sama NDT/NDE Level II MP/PT/UT dan NACE Level II Corrosion dst., tapi jika pengalaman project diperlukan khusus, misalnya pernah berpengalaman di fabrikasi platform untuk Caspian Region yang environment nya ekstrim, nah ini boleh tuh minta USD 12.000.

 

(Scope diskusi sebatas lapangan kontraktor/konsultan. Kalau Oil Company logika harga akan sedikit berbeda, karena tentu oil company di ME tidak mau jauh-jauh dgn harga the Big Five, wong cuma naruh iklan mahal-mahal di pantat Valentino Rossi aja mereka berani bayar)

Kalau USD 5.000 lumpsump di Dubai kekecilan.

Paling tidak harus ada bantuan lagi sekitar USD 2.000 lagi untuk housing dan transportation.
