AEL Mining Services is a leading developer, manufacturer and supplier of commercial explosives, launch systems and blasting services for mining, quarrying and construction markets in Africa and Indonesia.

We are in desperate need of qualified and highly motivated professionals to join our winning team for the following positions:

1. Technical Services Engineer (CODE: TS-ENG)
2. Blast/Field Supervisor (CODE: FLD-SPV)
3. Plant Supervisor (CODE: PLT-SPV)
4. SHEQT Supervisor (CODE: SHE-SPV)
5. Shotfire (CODE: FLD-SF)
6. Emulsion Plant Operator (CODE: PLT-OPR)
7. MMU Driver (CODE: MMU-OPR)
8. Mechanic/Electrician (CODE: MTC-MEC)
9. Mechanic Trainee (CODE: MTC-MCT)
10. Instrumentation Engineer (CODE: MTC-INS)

Requirements:
• Preferably have experience in blasting activity or similar field for minimum 3 years (no. 1-2)
• Must hold a valid KIM (no. 5)
• 1-2 years experience in blasting industry. Fresh graduate with good academic record are welcome to apply (no. 4)
• Holds POP certificate (no. 1 and 2)
• Holds POP certificate is preferable (no. 4)
• Boiler operation certificate, SIM B2 and SIO Forklift are required (no. 6)
• Having Driving License SIM A is a must for all position
• Excellent computer skills and good communication skills both in verbal and written is essential (no. 1, 2, and 4)
• Male only (no. 8 & 9), Male/Female for others
• Age max 30 years old (no. 4), max. 35 years old for others
• Min. University graduate majoring in mining engineering (no. 1 and 2)
• Min. University graduate majoring in engineering or public health (no. 3 and 4)
• Min. D3 graduate from mechanical engineering background with 5 years experience in light truck, such as Mercedes Benz, Volvo, MAN, or Iveco truck or STM graduate with 8 years experience in Maintenance area (no. 8 and 9)
• Min. University graduate from instrumentation engineering with 5 years experience in instrumentation field with more or less 3 years experience in PLC programming (no. 10)
• Min 5 years experience in trouble shooting and faultfinding in the field (no. 10)
• Holds Second Class Blaster certificates (no. 1, 2 and 5)
