We are looking for the following positions as:

1. Water System Engineer (placed: Batam)

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree of Science/Chemical Engineering or its equivalent

• Min. of 5 years working experience in similar capacity in manufacturing environment, preferably in pharmaceutical/medical device.

• Experience in DI water, UPW, Waste Water treatment would be advantageous.

• Exposure in technical field, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Document Practice (GDP), Quality Management System, trouble shooting skills and Project Management.

2. Supplier Quality Engineer (placed: Batam)

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree of Physical Science/Chemical Engineering or its equivalent

• Min. of 4 years working experience in Quality Management in pharmaceutical/medical device/health care environment.

• Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Compliance or Regulatory Affairs.

• Knowledge in change control, statistical process control, training systems and manufacturing process.

• Proven knowledge in cGMPs/Regulatory Affairs/Validation/Laboratory, 21CFR820 and ISO13485 requirements.

3. Principle/Senior/Process Engineer - Color Specialist (placed: Batam)

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering or its equivalent

• Min. of 5 years working experience in manufacturing plant, preferably in pharmaceutical/medical device.

• Knowledge in industrial equipment, process controls and troubleshooting.

• Ability to develop and implement standard engineering practices, as well as provide detailed documentation upon project completion.

• Good project management

4. Principle/Senior/Process Engineer - Automation & Process Controls (placed: Batam)

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree of Mechatronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Computer Engineering or its equivalent

• Min. of 5 years of industry related experience in PC based controlled machines, instrumentation, vision system, control & automation at the design and implemenation level.

• Proven experience in PLC programming with any of the following PLCs:

- Allen Bradley

- Modicon

- Keyence

- GE Fanuc

- Siemens

- Mitsubishi

- Omron, etc.

• Able to program and configure HMI or SCADA of any of the following software packages from Wonderware, Rockwell Automation, Siemens, etc.

• Must be able to create and read logic and flow diagrams for program design, programming, simulation and testing, and start-up

• Ability to develop and implement standard engineering practices, as well as provide detailed documentation upon project completion.

• Experience using CAD softwares such as AutoCAD, Solidworks, Pro E, etc.

• Setting up servo drive systems (Allen Bradley, Yaskawa, etc.) experience.

• Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical troubleshooting in a high-volume automate manufacturing environment.

5. Principle/Senior/Process Engineer - Injection Moding Process (placed: Batam)

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma Degree of Mechanical/Industrial/Plastic Engineering

• Min. of 4 years of working experience in Engineering Plastic components/contact lens/precision in an electronics manufacturing industry.

• Preferably have knowledge of maintenance in injection molding machines

• Hands-on experience in processing of engieering plastics and must have good hands-on experience in molding machines and machine parameter setting.

• Basic knowledge in Tools & Die / Mold maintenance including knowledge and working understanding of tool construction.

• Must be conversant of ISO-9001 system.

• Knowledge of plastic processing materials viz. PP, SAN, ABS, PC, PS, etc. required.

• Awareness of quality standards required for processing different polymers, and is well versed with molding defects.

• Hands-on experience in process engineering using process improvement tools (DOE, FMEA). Good understanding of safety practices.

• Strong problem solving, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of Auto CAD or Solidworks will be advantage

• Familiar with GMP working environment or with Six Sigma certification will be added advantage

6. Gold Belt (placed: Batam)

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Scientific field.

• Min. of 4 years of engineering experience in manufacturing plant, preferably in pharmaceutical/medical device

• Data anaylysis and Project management experience

• Excellent Computer skills.

• Technical and analytical aptitude.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to mentor project leads.

• Six Sigma Certified Black Belt is preferred

7. e-Lab Superintendent (placed: Batam)

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree of Physical Sciences/Chemistry/Physics Engineering.

• Min. of 2 years Quality Management experience in pharmaceutical/medical device/health care environment

• Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Compliance or Regulatory Affairs.

Bls: [Oil&Gas] Vibrasi

Ikut urun rembug...

Batasan vibrasi suatu equipment mesin sangat tergantung dari karakteristik mesin itu sendiri dan juga hystorical-nya.

Jadi untuk menentukan limit alarm atau danger yang men-setting ya kita sendiri, karena kita yg sehari-hari "mengenal" karakteristik mesin tersebut, kecuali kalau sudah ada ketentuan dari manufacture-nya. Kita analogikan saja seperti orang sakit walaupun keluhannya mungkin sama antara anak2 dan orang dewasa/tua tapi mungkin bisa berbeda obatnya.

Khusus untuk mesin baru bisa saja sebagai acuan adalah beberapa standard yg telah disebutkan.

Memang harus dibedakan antara reciprocating dan centrifugal, biasanya reciprocating lebih tinggi limit alarm-nya.

Mas Mahesa,

Saya berlakukan untuk semua equipment rotating, (centrifugal, fan, motor induksi, turbin dlll), kalo reciprocating, saya mengacu ke ISO 10816-6, disitu di jabarkan berdasarkan kelas dan dayanya, jadi memang saya bedakan untuk reciprocating

Catatan: itu berlaku untuk overall vibration, kalo untuk enveloping/impact energy, masing-masing alat data collector mempunyai satuan-satuan tersendiri, kalau secara ISO tidak ada acuaannya, hanya sebagai referensi yang pernah saya dapatkan, untuk speed 3000 rpm, alarm saya buat 3 g's dan danger 4 g's , sedangkan speed 1500 rpm, alarm 1.5 g's dan danger 3 g's. Sekali lagi, tidak ada standard secara ISO untuk enveloping, jadi masing-masing berpulang kepada kebutuhan untuk mesin-mesin yang akan di pantau/monitor

Apakah benar helikopter AW ada yg mengalami kecelakaan? Dimana tepatnya dan bagaimana sebab dan akibatnya mungkin ada yg tau detil. Di wilayah kerja yg remote, sarana transportasi udara khususnya rotary wing sangat krusial utamanya safety, kecelakaan tsb mungkin bisa dijadikan pelajaran.

JOB PERTAMINA - TALISMAN JAMBI MERANG is Oil and Gas Operating Joint Venture between PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi and Talisman Energy Inc. It was founded in 1989. The Jambi Merang Block consists of 2 fields, Sungai Kenawang and Pulau Gading. Our vision is to become the best and largest Operating Body in gas production.

Currently we are looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative and integrity to fill in the following position:

Sr. Pipeline Engineer

This position will have the primary responsibility as project engineer for all pipeline projects assigned. With assistance from Engineering Team, will lead preparation Projects Basis of Design. Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the Basis of Design and all relevant codes and specifications.

Requirements :

· University degree with at least 10 years of facilities design and implementation in Oil & Gas Industry.

· Strong technical/engineering skills in a multi-discipline engineering matters with a through knowledge of applicable Codes and Standards.

· Good knowledge of pipeline products, manufacturers and suppliers, including expertise in areas covering the design, specification, manufacturing, testing, installation, hook-up, commissioning and start-up.

· Preferably familiar with common Pipeline calculation/simulation software.

· Must Have previous exposure to oil and gas production/operation.

· Preferably certified as professional engineer.

· Excellent oral and written communications skills in English.

· Must have a high level of interpersonal skills and able to demonstrate appropriate teamwork and positive safety behaviors.
