[Oil&Gas] Tanya Prosedur Pengetesan di panel Low Voltage

 

Dear Rekan-Rekan Milis,

Mohon masukannya perihal;

1.Prosedur pengetesan yang diminta oleh user,secara panel maker kami belum pernah melakukan tes untuk item-item tsb dibawah ?

2. Apakah pengetesan tsb memang harus dilakukan,mengingat pihak manufaktur alat tsb sudah menyertakan test report certificatenya?

            a.     Circuit breaker (incoming and outgoing)

                        -       Contact resistance

-       Closing and opening time

-       Min. Voltage Op. Close open coils

-       Anti Pumping

-       Duty Cycle

b.     Current transformer

-       Polarity

-       Ratio

-       Magnetization curve

-       DC Resistance

-       Burden

-       Insulation Resistance

 

d.    Voltage Transformer

-       Polarity

-       Ratio

-       Burden of secondary winding

-       Insulation Resistance

e.     Overcurrent & earth fault relay

-       Current operation

-       Pick up reset current

-       Relay characteristic (Curve SI, INV, NI, DEF)
