Rekans dan Kolega, PTK Revisi 02 sudah berjalan 3 bulan sejak dibagikan, berikut adalah beberapa yang baru teringat, listnya silahkan ditambah ya, saya yakin rekan2 banyak yang lebih jago dan berpengalaman : +  peserta pengadaan yang mengajukan sanggahan terhadap hasil keputusan    panitia  pengadaaan wajib melampirkan jaminan sanggahan (objection bond). +  perhitungan kandungan lokal mengeluarkan komponen bukan biaya     (profit, taxt, transportation cost, etc). +  setiap pengadaan di atas USD500K wajib melaporkan summary proses pengadaan. +  batasan pengajuan kewenangan persetujuan pengadaan ke BP Migas bisa     diturunkan dari standar USD 5 Juta, apabila KKKS lalai dalam melakukan pengadaan yang     comply kepada PTK 007 Revisi 02 Thank You and Best Regards, MAS [Muhammad Agus Salim Sihotang] Procurement Department +62 21 515 97XX Indonesian Stock Exchange Building 22 Floor The information contained in this communication is intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom it is addressed and others authorized to receive it.
